Low-carbohydrate dieting: what’s going on?
Abstract
Low-carbohydrate diets have become increasingly popular in recent years. A review of available clinical trials indicates that there is not enough information on efficacy and safety to make clear recommendations for or against the use of such diets in obesity treatment.
